One Of our Junior shooters took on the big boys     in the 2010 Nationals in Western Australia.                 Alex Towns came 4th in Sporting Clays with a score of101. 110 was the winners score. Equal first in English sporting Clays score 55 well done to Alex for hers effort and his moms persistence.

Alex and Matt Towns attended The Riverland Classic in SA. It was a shoot over 3 days at 3 different Ranges, Renmark, Loxton and Waikerie. Alex won the junior section on 153/225 ahead of Calam. Markham, 147/225 sub/junior champion at the Nationals. Matt came third on the day 3 shoot. The boys then attended the National training camp in Vic to improve their skills and to be trained by Australia’s top 5 International shooters where a one on one training session took place. Both boys gained knowledge regarding foot placement and how to read the trajectory line of particular targets.
